We offer our property auction service for a price of £925 + VAT.  The set up fee includes 8 photos, for sale board, brochure and a floorplan. Other fees apply if above asking/reserve price is achieved subject to terms and conditions.  If your property does not sell we can extend the auction for an additional fee of £462.50 + VAT
